Every modular home we build is custom designed from scratch. There is no warehouse full of "standard" modules waiting to be assembled, no wall sections, no roofs. Like any custom home builder, we start with your dreams and turn them into what you would like built.
For simplicity sake, most modular manufacturers group modular plans into one of four categories.
- Ranches - single floor, no living space in the attic.
- Cap Cod - traditional Cape Cods start like a ranch but have a much steeper roof and some of the roof is available as a second floor.
- Two Story - this is the more traditional two floor home.
- Multifamily - Side by side duplexes or town homes.
