Base Price for the Modular Home

This is the price of the modular home, built to factory specifications with all of the features standard to that model. Our base price will include freight, tax, crane, and set crew to install the house on your foundation, and erect & shingle the roof.

There are hundreds factory options and upgrades available. The cost of factory installed options will vary depending on the specific model and options you select.

Some options must be installed on site by local contractors after the modular home has been set. On site options include things like porches and decks, garages, cedar siding, granite countertops, hardwood floors, and ceramic tile. The cost of these options will depend on the local contractor and the materials specified. If The Builder Development Corp. is going to act as general contractor we will quote you a price for site installed options.

Site work is a broad term to describe all the work that must be done at your site before the modular home can be set (including excavation and installation of the foundation), and all the work necessary to complete the home after it has been set. The cost of site work will depend on the model you have selected and the specific requirements of your lot. The Builder Development Corp. can quote a turnkey package on your lot.
